Delivery Policy

Order processing and delivery is done from Monday to Friday! Orders placed between 9:00 and 13:00, Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day with delivery within 24 hours. Those sent after 13:00 will be processed the next day. All orders will be confirmed by email after shipment. If we need additional information, we will contact you by phone. Delivery will be made by DPD, Fan Courier, Sameday. The delivery cost is 15 RON (regardless of location). The order is delivered within 1-3 days of successful order placement via express courier (DPD, Fan Courier, Sameday). Delivery time may vary during busy periods, such as holidays, Black Friday or Christmas.
